IMHO there will be no devaluation in Brazil. No one can afford it. There is or will be a good size recession because of the interest rate surges and the government's need to reduce the deficit. This means a recession is likely in the US too. I would not want to own carmakers or steel right now, this is probably why only MO and the utilities look good technically now. having said this and presenting a scenario of no devaluation in Brazil but recessions in Latin America and the US. What price TBR? Will the price hold up in the face of declines in the nifty fifty?
