The release of the tapes may have more of an effect on the overseas markets judging from recent occurances. I would expect that to be negative or flat Monday as the real danger if one is long is that pressure is put on Clinton to resign and some foreign power uses that moment to rattle its cage. I suspect that Monday will be a dull day overseas (though quite a few of the markets are due for a bounce), then Tuesday we get a reaction. As the market here is holiday impacted Monday, the trading will be thin. Given options expiry was a slight positive, slight negative for Monday seems consistent with some beliefs. On the other hand, with Don's 3 day rule kicking in ..... the market should tank !! GG). Bottom line, we should close down for the day imho.
