Gold; Does this mean more competition for USRF??? From my view CAWS is a mess all one has to do is look at their financials. Their last reported loss was 34,108,379 and if you weigh that against their total issued shares of 40,543,039 it comes down to a loss of .84 per share...... that alone tells you the problems facing this company is great. CAI has been named in six class action lawsuits alleging various violations of the federal securities laws filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. The actions were consolidated into one lawsuit entitled IN RE CAI WIRELESS SYSTEMS, INC. SECURITIES LITIGATION (96-CV-1857)I do not know if this case is still pending since it was filed in the company Aug 12 1998 10-Q filing....... Assets verses liabilities caws is 61,669,359 in the red from what I gather based on their filings..... FILING On July 30, 1998 (the "Petition Date"), CAI Wireless Systems, Inc., a Connecticut corporation, and one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Philadelphia Choice Television, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("PCT" and together with CAI,the "Debtors"), filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11,......... based on Aug 12 1998 10-Q As far as their technology goes their web site gives absolutely no information on Internet service and the specifications of their technology but based on their past performance of losing customers as depicted in their 10q I would assume that the technology is lacking. For me their is no comparison with USRF but I would be naive to say that their will be no competition in this vastly expanding field.... I am sure there will be.... I just feel that USRF has a good lead above others in the software and technology that they hold. USRF's deficit is one of expansion (money needed to expand into new markets) not going into the red because of cancellations and a poor product. The above is my opinion... Although the facts above I feel is accurate based on what I have read do not take it as gospel always confirm everything you read on forums. P.S I did get your PM awhile back.... Yes I still follow MEME which is now USRF and still like the company............... Although I would suggest that anyone who wishes to buy or sell any security to contact the company on a regular basis since things change through time sometimes for the better sometimes for the worse.
