In the last five trading days, it's been in a range between 50 cents and 72 cents. Closing at 63 cents isnt exactly a huge up move, and puts it squarely in the middle of that range. I wouldnt get too excited about the move OR the reasons......

It didn't move outside of the bid/offer range. The percentage is only large because of the low price level. Just noise imo.
