I will repeat. The accuracy of Mr. Carson's "editorials" will be confirmed to be truth or lies sometime down the road. Not knowing what is going on behind the scenes I can't take a guess at this time. Perhaps you have inside information which allows you to call his reports "strange" but I don't have that information.

You will agree, I think, that the lawsuits will likely go nowhere due to lack of a case and lack of interest.

Who said that the Crystallex will not file further petitions to the court? How can you say that the last court case was the last? Do you know something we don't?

With respect to the promotion that you and CSW keep talking about, when will someone finally give us some substantiation? There may have been some manipulation, but what's to say it did not come from the short camp? So far a lot of accusations but nothing to back it up.

I am glad that you agree that CSW's intrusion into the private life of Avalon was not right. Can you not then see that when an organization would go to these great lengths in an attempt to discredit someone, that there is cause to question the motives of the said organization? Do you not agree that a heavy financial investment was made in an anti-KRY campaign and that nothing like it has ever been seen before?

I don't see you question the accuracy of CSW's anti-KRY "articles".
