Greg, you are very selective in your recall....

If you don't think veta rights are not important, then I don't know what you are doing on a mining thread. It may explain your lack of understanding about Crystallex.

Visit KRY web site to bring yourself up to speed on the Albinos deep drilling results and the revised pit plan.

The Company may decide to write off Las Cristinas and then again they might not. It is significant that since the June 11 ruling, three full months have gone by and they have not seen any reason to proceed with a write-off. Why should they? They are reviewing alternative options open to them and will decide their chances of succeeding with each one.

You feel they don't have a bright future. This is your right to feel this way, but not many would agree with you.

Meanwhile shareholders of Crystallex can determine for themselves if a potential Albinos deep expansion, a potential San Gregorio acquisition, potential resolution of the Carabobo et al property titles, the Brazil prospects and deployment of over $19 million in cash will provide for a bright future.

So people see a glass half empty, other half full. You don't even see the glass behind the CSW material you use to cover your eyes!
