There seems to be a lot of debate as to the rate of dilution
on Ftel.

It seems to me that you are arguing that FTEL is currently the best bargain because (1) they have VoIP revenues, and (2) they are fully reporting. I don't know about the first, since I don't follow FTEL, but let's say that is true. The second is not disputable. My question is, if these are both true, why is it that FTEL has declined steadily, and more so than DGIV over this year? The reasons might be that revenues don't matter much in today's market (which I doubt), or that fully reporting is not as big a deal as people think, or something else (dilution? others?). This is an honest question, not meant to be negative on either FTEL or DGIV, because the fact is that both companies are way down. In fact, all VoIP companies are down, and maybe the answer is that investors in this market are not willing to accept risk in any emerging technology, VoIP included. If so, it will matter little in the near term what any of these companies do, unless they do something clearly negative such as losing a contract.

David,
Your three March posts predate my awareness of DGIV, I think.
What a great call you made back then!
Thanks for accepting my point.
Hope you didn't infer from my post I thought you were hypocritical or that I was casting some other calumny your way.
You're civil, communicate clearly, and have reasonable/logical convictions.
Counts for more than a lot around here, where we've seen the best and worst of the worst.
Have to admit I found out about DGIV while reading a non-DGIV thread.
Since you don't plan on running an FTEL propaganda campaign here <g>, I have no issue with you.
I do have some questions I'll PM.
