As you know, I merely offered a possible scenario based on Information Received.

If the conversion rate's different, let's see the company make an on-the-record, unequivocal statement to that effect.

Obviously, details about the conversion--rate and restrictions--are extremely important. How odd that these issues haven't been addressed by management, which professes to be instituting the proposed measures in the interest of shareholders.

I do not disagree that the company should provide information on the conversion ratio. That has not, however, been the topic of my posts on this. The topic was for Janice to back up her claims for her stated conversion ratio.
