While she hasn't yet provided documentation, neither has AZNT.

The conversion ratio can be any number that the majority stakeholders decide(insiders).

Since you're a minority sharholder you are subject to their decisions, dilutive or not.

But you could very simply resolve this by pressing management to safeguard your investment in their company by DEMANDING they become compliant with SEC requirements as a reporting company.. ie: up to date financials.
