We can only hope. I want this next shoe to drop so I can get back on the long side but don't feel comfortable with calls in this current environment. I just sleep better on weekends with a few puts under my pillow. <g>

My plan is to hopefully get the fall over with and get some KEA calls since it seems to run before DELL. Ride those up to earnings and then use the profits from those to roll into DELL calls. The last couple of earnings releases this has worked well. Seems like when KEA starts it's post earnings sell off coincides with the beginning of the DELL pre earnings run. Double the run with the same money.

Unfortunately, I still think we will at least re-test 7400 or worse. Though DELL at 50 or KEA at 40 may seem like a bargain now, if we get that DOW 6600 some are projecting, those stock prices will be high compared to what they will be selling for in that market environment. Imagine buying DELL 45 calls and being way out of the money. DELL did hit 98 pre-split as you well know, I think you bought there that day. There are supports right now on DELL around 55 and 53 but then it is a long waydown from there.

William Hueb thinks this will be an up week. I can see the arguments for either way however I think if we do start upwards, it will turn south again by Thursday per my indicators. If we do head up, I will get out of my puts and go to the sidelines till Wednesday then reload.

Good Luck

Lee
