I'll stick to my $50 million estimate, since if I'm wrong, I want to be too low.

My experience with acquisitions is that the sellers take out all of the cash before closing, and let liabilities build up. They may be at a $3-4 million burn rate now, but those things don't happen overnight.

With their cash position, my guess is that they stay relatively current on their payables, but their inventory will likely stay about the same, due to not shipping much out the door.

I hope I'm wrong, as I've frozen my position, neither buying or selling. I think the best thing for me is to just forget about this one until the Spring.
