Zonkie, I talked to the TA last week and was surprised to find out that they hadn't known until Monday that AZNT was not current with their filings. As a result, they are now totally prohibited from honoring any requests for compensation for 144-related shares.

My question is, who is at fault here? Should the TA have asked AZNT for proof they were up-to-date on their filings or was AZNT obligated to disclose this fact to the TA?

- Jeff

zonkie you wrote^^Another 144 filing. Why aren't there any insider buys if it's going up?

please share with thread the difference between a planned sale and an actual sale, see if aznt share price is going up people need to register for a planned sale first, before they can sell those shares of aznt for $20 once the covering starts
but you knew that right
