Clinton Angry, Contrite in Videotape, Legislators Say (Update2)
news.com

investors already nervous about economic instability in Russia,
Asia and elsewhere, along with deteriorating corporate profits in
the U.S. The release of the videotape on Monday will likely help
exacerbate those concerns, money managers say.

''Every little event in this (Clinton) saga can move the
market and it can have some negative impact,'' said George Cohen,
chief investment officer at Cohen, Klingenstein & Marks, with
$2.1 billion under management.
