Mr. Jihad, Can you tell the thread why the TA rejected the 144 shares that Wellrich procured from shareholders that purchased their 144 stock through Wellrich? Was Mr. Shurr the broker that handeled the transactions? RB

Mr. Jihad, When Mr. Shurr left Wellrich, there was not anyone licensed to deal securities, isn't that correct? Will you post the contract AZNT has with Wellrich. Did one exist after 5/97 , when Mr. Shurr left? RB

Mr. Jihad, Why did you fabricate the story of an arbitration hearing and judgement against AZNT? Did Ms. Shell and Mr. Mitchell know the stories were fabricated, or did you use them unknowingly? RB

Here is your chance to address these issues, yet you run from the questions, why? If you are here to clear the air, then lets be on with it sir. Can we start with the rejected 144 stock. Can you expound on the problems with the medallion signature? RB
