Christopher, the document of FNTN registered in Florida
is probably because their registered agent is located in
Tamarac, Florida. It also shows FNTN is incorporated in
Nevada and shows it as foreign.

Go back to the Florida Department of State and key in Financial Intranet. You will see that it is listed as a NV Active/Foreign. Translation--Nevada active corporation & has certificate of authority to do business in Florida. It is a Nevada corporation.
