David, let me tell you what I think, FWIW. This is controversial, and unpopular, but it my personal opinion that might or might not be correct. Time will tell.

In the long term, I don't think it matters a hoot how much revs FTEL or DGIV have. It doesn't make a hoot what technology they have, or what contracts they sign. It does not matter who their CEOs are or how many shares they float. It does not matter if they fully report or not. Only one thing matters. What company can get out of BB hell first?

Neither FTEL, nor DGIV, nor any other VoIP BB company will get to NAZ because there is no way MMs will allow it. LVLT was the first and the last. They are making too much money off these companies in the BB world to let them escape. It is that simple. The only way a BB company will leave the OTC is by being bought out. So whatever company gets bought out first, whether by a traditional buyout, merger, reverse merger, etc, will win. And if they both get bought out, they both win. It is that simple.
