COMSAT acquisition - if Congress (& COMSAT) agrees: cnnfn.com "...offer to purchase up to 49 percent of the outstanding common stock of Comsat (CQ) at $45.50 per share, a roughly one-third premium over the market value of Comsat, which closed Friday at $34.125..."
