My local CompUSA had a virtual "Eidos Aisle", with dozens of Eidos boxes. Commandos, FF7, Tomb Raider Gold, Tomb Raider 2, Deathtrap Dungeon, and Dominion were all displayed prominently here.

Seemed an odd placement, actually, because of the different types of games. I'd figure that dominion would be with the strategic games, deathtrap dungeon and FF7 with the adventure games, flight unlimited 2 with the flight sims, etc.

While doing some research for a project of mine in the computer game industry, I stumbled upon a report showing the best selling software for the month of July (again this is software, all categories combined) and Final fantasy is #7, Windows 98 being #1 !!

I can't exactly remember where I saw this but it was on a credible site dedicated to research....
