At the beginning of the 3rd hour Sunday, BB said that he believed that people should be fully invested in equities, and that if they still had cash, that right now is the best buying opportunity you will likely see in 1998. He said that some people had gone to cash and were waiting for a great buying opportunity. He said that he did not think they would get one. He said that we should watch for the third testing of the market lows (DOW 7537; S&P 957; NASDAQ 1500) Pay careful attention to the volume. If the volume is less than the volume during first two drops, the testing will be of no importance, but would be a buying opportunity of unusual magnitude. He believes this is a mid-term President correction.
