Speculation:

Step 1. Kemess title transferred to a subsidiary:
-stock drops to $0.50 cents

Step 2. Kemess title transferred to Trilon:
-stock drops to $0.04 cents, then to zero

The Bride Kemess prepairs to meet her Husband Trilon.

By transfering title of Kemess to a subsiduary Kemess readys herself for her new owner!
