Auditors are, as a rule, very conservative. Audit reports, as a rule, serve only to address "what was", not "what will be". GLOW has a checkered history. In terms of operating results, I wouldn't expect anything too "respectable". Of course, I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm looking for two things from the release of financials:

(1) An indication of solvency. I want assurance the company is not saddled with debt that would jeopardize its business plan.

(2) Legitimacy. Once you become publicly reporting, you're committed. It's a big step that is not to be taken lightly. It also establishes a benchmark from which we can gauge whether or not the company is moving in the right direction.

I'm anxiously awaiting the release of the form 10.

GO BIG RED!!!
