Mr. Mitchell,
You are either not being honest or you have done no diligence. Wellrich called shareholders who they sold 144 stock to and suggested they sell it. They were using the stock to back a short. The stock hit the TA and was REJECTED. Ask Caroline about the problems with the signature medallions.
