Dell needs a pullback here, healthy for Dell and healthy for NASDAQ. This market needs another financial enema.

He seemed a little hesitant, but yes his personal opinion seemed to "favor" less than 7400 and of course in October.. Follow Don Sew for more accurate day by day forecasts... ken

the fact is there is no reform package
they are still dickering over the details
that is why nikkei is off
