Train more doctors and take them off their ivory towers. User fees could help a lot as well. Kline had to use a hatchet. The screaming greedy were not about to co-operate. He partially succeeded and partially failed. He is only a man. No one wants anyone to receive inadequate health care and die. We need to improve it.
