I know of no further progress made toward acquisition. I'm also trying to find out any publicly available information about IDB itself. Any assistance would be appreciated. I think IDB is incorporated in Florida, but I could be wrong. How do I find out? Kevin PS: Until the acquisition is official, there can be no public information. For example, FNTN executives cannot say "We're confident it will be completed." This would, as I understand it, be poor business practice, and probably also illegal.
