I agree totally that I would like to see the others do some document posting, but I've reached the point that I don't take any of them seriously enough to put up any additional info ... if there was anyone left that was even half way objective about this, maybe we could do some serious inquiry together, but there just ain't no such critters around anymore. BTW, I should be able to give you some more info on the comparisons between Stevia and TON later this week ... I do know they both make great sugar free cookies and chocolate. It seems that the TON has far less (essentially none) aftertaste, but that may be the self fulfilling prophesy coming home to roost. Hogger
