Hey,

Maybe we can convince Softworks to take over CCEE. After all, there's a huge tax loss that can be of some value to a profitable company. Then there's getting Dan and Dan totally off the board.

Actually, unless there's something worth owning in the unit Garb is starting up, there may be no real value in CCEE. Does dbExpress really work? Is there a market for it? So far I'm convinced Computer Cop is another in the cloth of Maplinx, Superbase, CCEE Ltd., etc.

OK, I normally don't tell buy my b-day wish was to wake up tomorrow to headlines that CCEE surged $5 a share on news that D&D have resigned from the board.

Bill,

This is true, but just think if they sell off another 30% of Softworks and what that will do for the 4th quarter EPS of Computer Concepts. Gee, we'll be damn near at $1.90. That should send CCEE to about $.18 in a few hours, but think how announcing the EPS will help Jr's bonus justification. WE need to focus on what's really important to Bohemia. LOL......

'scuse me while I evacuate various fluids.
