Thanks for the link. If memory serves me, a post by Cardshark on the Yahoo thread stated that the company wants to be on the National Market. This means a bid price of $5. Not the $4 that has been posted on this thread many times.

Was talk going around that JAWS was going to try to list on another exchange-I believe they said the boston exchange. I haven't followed on Yahoo because for some reason not able to get message listings, and Im not going to read thru every post. Either way I believe they still need to file either electronically/paper with SEC the audited financials etc.
