Santiago, what bothers me is that we are hearing the same stories that we have heard for the past 18 months or more. Nothing new has been added. Recently Kathy posted an excerpt from what I believe was a statement by one of the PIC licensees. The only problem with that is that it was posted on the INCE board back when we bought PIC and these licenses were already in place when INCE bought PIC. The only progress that I can see (if you can call it progress), is that NPCT got listed on the Berlin exchange. Will that do anything for NPCT or INCE? I seriously doubt it. Also, look at the R&D budget for all of the period since INCE acquired PIC. Nothing being spent. I ask you how long can a technology sit on the shelf with virtually no improvement and expect to find a market. If we were talking with every major interconnect company and virtually assured of a JV nearly a year ago and it didn't happen, why would it happen now? Jewel
