Jorge, re:<< Do we now see Market/DELL lower by Friday, or higher...Care to venture a guess?>>

First, I think Japan and all the other countries are down because of Clinton, not the banking proposal. People are now becoming concerned that public opinion is turning against Clinton. This will give Congress more reason than ever to start the impeachment process. This results in more uncertainty for the markets. So, down we go. Don't forget, tomorrows a Jewish holiday, so trading volume will be lighter than usual, adding more volatility to the trading.

Second, Dell will follow the market down. However, if all the recent good news about Dell prove to be true, the stock will go up before earnings are announced. Don't forget, Dell may be one of the few bright spots in a very gloomy market.

Third, if the public's reaction to the Clinton tapes remains positive, and Congress backs off the impeachment proceeding, I think the markets and Dell's stock will end up for the week...as measured next Friday.

That's my guess. I have never been wrong, so you can take it to the bank. <VBG>
