I disagree. But then again maybe I was not as astute as I should have been. I got out just one week before the halt. I feel that the timing was somewhat due to luck. If others saw the light slightly later theyu were out of luck.

Wrong Smartin, there is just a strong desire among investors to beat the short sellers at a game which they have dominated for many years in costing investors big bucks. If SMartin, really believed that this game was over here, he would care less about trying to convince me that I'm broke and would leave this thread alone. However, SMartin knows differently in that he knows very well that the shorts too have their investment tied up here, and therefore, he must show his presence. BTW, look at SMartin and Tonto's behavior over at AZNT this morning as well as all weekend long. LOL.

BTW, per court order, once the 4.4 million shares start being bought back into the open market over there, would you expect that additional shorting will occur to offset the increase in price? TIA.
