Generally, I take it you are afraid of the market generally. Not that this can be uncoupled from any investment today, but if it could, why do you feel so badly about Innovex?

I can see trends both positive and negative at the moment, but in the end I wonder if there is a bottom around $10, in a reasonable market, for Innovex and if so is it not perhaps a reasonable value now?

You have a dividend of 1.3%, book value of 6.78 and they are profitable with a PE less than 10. Also interesting is around 35% of the shares are owned by institutions which could fuel some buying if they see value. Historically, it's a stock that shows up on a lot of radar screens for good past performance.

So, besides a one liner, what really motivates you about this company? Also, what's your time frame for an investment. If you could guess, will it be higher or lower in Feb, than it is today?

Regards,

Mark
