Brad, You are most definitely "special". Are you sure that the vet diagnosed your turtle correctly? Might be an eyesight problem. Where was your Doublecase when he started hissing? Is it possible that he might have mistaken the case as a shell and was only defending his territory; or might have been confused as to the gender of the case and was making a pass... Maybe you could buy one of the Iomega cases for him as a temporary companion until a "special" friend can be found:-) steve
