I hope Clinton doesn't have a nervous break down today...Talks with Japan, Iraq deal, Britain, and the tapes....What a pressure cooker!

Thank you Alex,
It would seem to me to be logical that for every action there must be a reaction. If the politicians are going to orchestrate a reflation at a Bretton Woods type of forum, then something has to give. Coordinated lowering of interest rates, etc, can only be bullish for gold. Paper all over the world is in some way going to be devalued and gold revalued - by the price going up, way up.
Bill

Alex; Hello and thank you for your response to my question to you two weeks ago. I am in a rush between appointments, so forgive me if a later post of yours today discusses this topic: How would a new Bretton Woods protocol establish the present value of gold? there are probably six answers to this question but I don't know any of them. Do you know of any articles that speculate as to how this would come about, and immediate and long-term consequences of such. thanks. My bookmark page is filled now with your various sources. thanks...Lawrence
