There have been 14 convictions by the Special Prosecutor. It is undisputed that the cost of this investigation has been radically inflated by WH stonewalling and Mr. Clinton's denials about the Lewninsky matter. Place the blame where it belongs. JLA

No, what I'm suggesting is this. If Clinton were innocent he'd have welcomed the investigation and allowed it to go forward ASAP in order to get it over with. However, he chose to hamper it...thus prolonging it AND angering Starr.

It appears we now have a very similar situation occurring in regard to the bombing in Sudan. An opportunity to prove guilt of the leaders of Sudan in making chemical weapon materials is being hampered by the administration with Mr. Clinton's full participation. For what reason the administration is doing this leaves little choice in what one can conclude.
