Hi all, The premium to Safeguard's NAV is now down to $4. Still healthy, but I expect to keep a bit of a premium until after the commencement of the Who? Vision offering and knowledge of the status of the elusive 3rd rights offering for the year. This assumes, of course, that there are no more bombshells to be dropped on the market, such as the Grand Jury interview tapes with the "cigar." Anybody think we'll see Pac-West as a candidate anytime soon (1999)? --John
