That is exceptional news... more dilution is a natural part of the
whole tech thing... but 10% of common stock is awesome... considering
that they bought back the previously authorized 1 million shares
in record time I would hope that they will buy these back and not
rescind the offer part way... I just might do my part and buy an
Inprise mug and JBuilder T-shirt from their on-line store today <ggg> (the guy on the shirts is a David I. caricature right?)... also
noted that CFO made 2 small purchases recently (500 shares each)...

What about this scenario?

INPR knows that numbers are going to blow this quarter. They put in a buy order around 4 1/2. The get their 4.9M on the cheap. Don't they have to put out a press release anyway, in order to stop any lawsuits that might arise?
