>>> "Bank of America is in a unique position, because we are one of the few organizations that continues to maintain our bill payment engine," said Ms. Wallace.

Wells Fargo is probably loving this...Wells will present AT&T, SCE, MCI, etc.. , and BoA/Nations will be doing nothing.

SAN FRANCISCO, American Banker via NewsEdge Corporation : Bank of America is planning to offer an electronic bill delivery service.

Jane Wallace, the BankAmerica Corp. subsidiary's senior vice president of payment strategy and development, spelled out the strategy last week just after Citicorp shook the electronic bill presentment market by agreeing to buy a minority stake in MSFDC, the joint venture of Microsoft Corp. and First Data Corp.

IMHSMO.....like Citi with Netscape...the business is for sale, or they want to partner....because if TP is 2 years behind...these guys are 5.

Watch them trade the business for a chunk of CKFR.

I think a quarter of Princeton Telecom went for 10 Million they'll want 4 Million shares for this...minimum.
