StandFast, just trying to drum up some interest in NRPI. The latest from S4T.
>>NATIONAL REHAB PROPERTIES (NRPI) $.31. I met with the President of NRPI
as he was returning from purchasing more lots in Miami to start the
construction of new affordable homes. These homes will be $5-10,000 below
anything in the particular markets and net NRPI $20,000 per home. That is
twice what they make on a house that they rehab. The $2.5 mortgage
financing deal is completed and NRPI has also become a branch office of
the lender and has opened an office in Miami and will have a branch
office in each city they operate in. That gives NRPI an additinal revenue
stream, but more importantly gives NRPI closer control of the financing
process. The stock is trading at a level that has previously rebounded
for 100-200% gains. Volume has dried up, so it looks like it is time for
another one of NRPI's big percentage rallies.
We issued an AGGRESSIVE BUY on NRPI because the stock is trading at a PE
of less than 2 times earnings for the next 12 months. The current
mortgage commitment will allow NRPI to build 100 homes if the money is
turned twice a year or 150 homes if they turn the money 3 times a year.
100 homes at $20,000 profit is $.20 per share in earnings, which would
give the stock a value of at least $2-3. . Trading above $.40 should see
a move back to the $.75-1.00 area in the short term.<<
