Somebody has already lowered the ask in preopening manuevering. Bid/ask now 2 1/4 by 2 5/16. We closed Fri. at 2 3/8. Sure would like to see some new non-SI buyers kick in this week. Mark P.S. The Dow is likely to open down a couple of hundred points today. So we may be in for an around ugly day today. S & P futures down around 27 pts. now ( = -200 pts.)

I don't think "the check is in the mail" is as good an analogy as "the tax return is in the mail." I just talked with World Vision and asked them if there is any update to the filing. Daniel told me he spoke with the company Friday night, and they were working with their lawyers to go over some items from a previous corporation, DiVN, that had transferred some technology to Digitcom. I don't know if that means they have filed and are answering SEC audit questions, of if they are preparing to file but have to clean up some matters first. In either case, there is the filing, then there is the appearance on Edgars after the filing is accepted. I am neither a lawyer nor a financial type, so my guess is that it is analogous to filing a tax return, where the IRS can come back and ask for more info, or may have you redo certain schedules, etc. Frankly, I have no idea and so will not speculate. However, since the 10 is on everyone's mind, I only thought it fair to pass on to my fellow investors what I heard from WV this morning, since they are an official PR firm for Digitcom.
