I was unable to find that article this weekend so am not sure what was actually stated. Private placements can be equity or debt or a combination. Can someone post a copy of the article? The cash crunch/dilution issue seems to be when the SRGN payment needs to be made which is 6 months from the date Ontak is approved. I hope that Ligand stock has recovered significantly before that date even though I have missed feelings about using Ligand stock to pay for the Ontak approval.
