Now back at the office with magic estimate #'s in hand:

1999 Quarterly Revenue 550K, 700K, 1.1M and 1.4M for total of $3.75M.

1999 Quarterly earnings 0, 29K, 308K and 462K, for a total of 800K. This equals less than 3 cents per share, so at 15x earnings TSIS price would be just over 40 cents per share.

Quarterly earnings in 2000 at the final run rate should be over $2M, but remember taxes @ 40% will kick in at some point.

Have increased operating expenses at a lower growth rate than revenue. Model assumes 4 new InvestoReach clients per month.

These numbers are certainly conservative, but much of this business is not yet booked.

Concerning future growth, after TSIS gets all the high margin major conference business, where is the growth from there?

Input, comments and/or constructive criticism are welcome. Any new estimates and or info can be easily added to the model.
