Yes, the bonus share measure was approved.

It was rather funny. Marks read all the verbiage, and then the recorder announced the vote, then Marks asked if everyone understood what that was all about. He then answered his own question, and said its in preparation for a stock split. Later, he commented on the lack of liquidity for the stock, and mentioned that this is one of the reasons for the stock split. He mentioned that "even at this low (price) level, a split may make sense". I got the impression that as soon as the stock price recovered a bit, and stabilized, we are going to see a split. Marks felt the stock price could rebound quite a bit from the current price, mentioning another "10 points, or even 20".

Although I didn't get into earnings estimates, he and Dykes have apparently told analysts and money managers at the tech conferences that they are comfortable with analyst estimates for the September and December quarters.
