It is not a great time to be in these small caps.

Ran acrossed an article today, although on a mining company, made me wonder if Softquad may try same thing, only in regards to becoming an American Co. instad of Canadian. Of coarse they would need to improve their standing in the analyst's world and show the ability to succeed. At present they only show that they are in the wannabe phase.Would like to hear a press release or even news conference of what the company is planning to do going forward. Tired of speculating on this one. DOG of all time.Spin-Off maybe, who is to say.

If all goes according to plan, Zemex shareholders will vote on a plan to create a Canadian company that would
exchange its shares for the U.S. company's stock some time in the next couple of months.

Another thing I'd like to get off my chest. Why did they acquire Alpha Software (reverse takeover?)? I remember they had plans to release HotMetal Pro4 with WebFiler, changed their minds and decided to release as separate products. Big question was that a mistake? Did they get to greedy and have it backfire?
Big question: what are their plans now regarding where they are going with NewKidCo, Alpa Software and even Softquad Inc. Nothing ever seems to be laid out as a definite.
Well hope they are successful with NewKidCo, but so far they have disappointed in the earnings dept.,
