Well, it's a start. Poorly written, which isn't Stempels' fault. If this was my introduction to ECD, not sure what I would think. Probably just file it away as a curiosity.

Given Stempels background the focus is on cars. The role of electric cars being the energizer for the stock is one of the weaker options as far as I am concerned.

The DVD and solar technologies were almost mentioned as afterthoughts. The Russian ventures were emphasized. I thought these (Russia) were ancillary activities giving us minimal investment risk.

Transition from R&D to manufacturing focus was news. What is a "royalty trust"? Are they mortgaging the future revenues to try to go into manufacturing?

And finally, we can look forward to an annual revenue stream of a whole million dollars from DVD royalties?

I am NOT impressed. Inadequate focus, story is a curiosity piece on ex-GM guy, Stempel. Yes the name of the company was mentioned. Other than that it will hurt as least as much as help.
