E'Lane, Sorry it took a few to get back to you. Took wife out for Breakfast. I put in a call to the SEC, and am waiting a call back to clarify my last statement. Dealing with "what if's", if I am correct and the SEC did send it back for clarification of points, then yes that would mean they have filed and have not put out a press release yet. If I am wrong, and the SEC can question simple filings and they sent it back, (which makes no sense to me, as that would be like me or you listing our experiences in a job resume, and the company saying they will not accept your resume without verifying that you have kids. They would ask those questions during your interview only after they are considering you for the position, ie DGIV asking for listing, that is the only time they would question closely.
