macker,

Exactly. I'm concerned about this only from the perspective that it may damage investor confidence, something that is already pretty low right now. I don't think it means a hill of beans in the context of the company's actual performance over time. Unfortunately, the company's performance and the price of the stock seem pretty disconnected right now.

Rick, still hanging in and trusting management to do its best

macker, JC set up this NY trip to meet with potential DGIV investors from all over the world to show off their business plan and to answer qustions about their newly filed 10-sb. If he doesn't have the 10-sb to show to potential investors, then I think the stock price will suffer from the let down.

When I said that heads will roll at DGIV if the 10-sb isn't ready. I was just thinking that if I'm JC and I'm flying all over the freakin' world signing up all these news business alliances, and some beetlebrain whose responsibility it is to get the 10-sb out on time falls down on the job, he is in serious trouble. Mind you I don't know whose job it is too ramrod the 10-sb thru, maybe it's all JC's fault. But, my thinking is that if they can't do this right, they've been lowered a notch on my confidence/competence chart. We'll see what happens in the next couple of days.
