And does it mean that a stock is not worth anything when a person sells their shares and decides to move on....

Get real, Colleen:

It is ridiculous to blame Joe Gort for the decline of this stock. And assuming he is a rational individual, why would he sell for 18 cents today what in your opinion may be worth much more tomorrow?

Is it possible he wants to get out ahead of the reverse split?

The stock should trade at $1.00 not at .20.We buy more and more
shares no problem.
If Gort is selling that is good, because we will be buying very cheap
stock like today at .20.
These are the best buying opportunities, and thank you Gort if its you
selling.
