Classic Jeff George performance yesterday. 3 killer INTs, including the standard 4th quarter toss directly to a defender with the game on the line. Ah, yes, the classic post-game quote, as well. He says he's just starting to learn the offense, so don't worry. When I read that, I had a good, belly-aching laugh. I remember hearing that one here in Hotlanta right up until he got waived. BTW, can anyone name another NFL player with major national endorsement contracts who was actually waived during the prime of his career? Tom
