Byron,all of that is correct but part of any stock price is confidence which is gained by doing what you say when you say. Nevertheless,the fundamentals improve daily. No one should sell at this point.

Exactly. Folks, calm down. Don't let this situation whatever it may be because we are speculating at this point, cause you to sell. MM's and others will use this to set a panic to get your shares cheap. While a failed or late filing will be a huge disapointment to all including JC who stuck his neck out implying it would be done, it is certainly not the end of the world. Hang in there. This is a true test of investment savvy, skill and determination. Don't forget there is still time and even if it doesn't happen by 23rd it will not make or break the company. Another bump in the road after it does happen. anyone with cash lying around can probally pick up some cheap shares today.

HOW'S THIS FOR EXCITING?.... My Psychic consulted with his tea leaves and found some VERY VERY VERY VERY EXCITING NEWS upcoming for DGIV from Jimmy's recent trip abroad. No details but this is nothing short of EXPLOSIVE! If you don't believe in what this company is doing, wait and see. Life doesn't always unfold the way we would like it to. But that doesn't mean it's not happening. When all the pieces of the puzzle that Jimmy is killing himself to put together starts to unfold, there's going to be a lot of people making a lot of money and a lot of people who either sold out or never got in waiting for something more concrete who will miss the boat. Folks, this boat is getting ready to launch. I know we've heard that before. But it is absolutely true.
